About me
I'm married, working, and going to school. I'm trying to lose some weight and stay healthy and stress-free. I didn't know I liked cooking until recently.
Favorite things to cook:
I like to make soups because the kind you buy at the store are so expensive, salty, and inferior. I like anything that involves lean meats. I like lots of different herbs and spices and I think they can add a ton of flavor with virtually no calories.
Family cooking traditions:
Tuna noodle casserole! I'm going to try to make a whole wheat-low-fat version soon.
Cooking triumphs:
I can actually make things most of the time without messing up.
Cooking tragedies:
I really need a rice cooker. I get it right one out of five times.
